Super Cooled Liquid

I had read about it, but today I saw it first hand. We had below zero temperatures last night. I had left a glass with a little Sprite in my car. This morning, when I went to start the car, the Sprite was still liquid. As soon as I shook it the slightest bit, just by picking it up and marveling at the fact actually, it froze solid.
