Shades of Upton Sinclair
Managers have no business handling knives, or participating in food preparation at all for that matter. It's the cook's job. Did this guy even wash his hand before he cut a piece of it off on the customer's plate? Or is "kitchen manager" the new word for "cook"?

Your link is not working NK. (It's Bush's fault though I'm sure.)
Thanks, Psyberian. It was a Yahoo front page story about a "kitchen manager" who involved himself in the making of a salad and sliced part of his thumb off in it. He was rushed to the ER and the salad, along with the piece of the thumb, was served to the customer.
Check out Liberal Larry's "BlameBush" (linked on my page). It's hilarious.
