Was this taken recently? You certainly visit beautiful places but I confess I've never heard this saying. Please educate me, and did your daughter like the horse?
Yes, very recently. He's Stetson, at White Pines Horse Ranch, Oregon, Illinois.
And my daughter is horse-crazy. She and I are making a petition to the village mayor and trustees to change the municipal code to allow horses and ponies in the village and if they turn us down we'll circulate a petition to put the question to a referendum at the next election.
My daughter told me the saying. I suspect she read it in the "The Black Stallion".
