Or she could be smarter. For instance, sometimes I pay her not to come. Who's the smart one now?
The best one we had worked for us for about a year and then opened her own building materials supply business. A family friend, upon meeting her for a few minutes, said, "That lady is not going to stay a cleaning lady for long".
