I'm a sucker for pomp, not to mention Popes who say God Bless America.
The Battle Hymn of the Republic always almost brings tears to my eyes. And it can be sung adagio for a funeral, andante as here, and allegro for going into battle.
But what I really appreciated was the Shrub, heretical Protestant that he is, making a statement to the whole world about his respect for the Bishop of Rome.
