Are fireworks allowed in your area or does it have to be professionally done?
They are illegal but unless the neighbors complain the police won't come around. The Sheriff has threatened to arrest people in possession of M80s, silver salutes and cherry bombs because they qualify as explosive devices but I have not heard of any actual prosecutions.
