Glenn Greenwald takes aim at Glenn Reynolds (Instapundit) and shoots the truth. Totally disregarding the central point, whether we are at war on the President's "whim" or by Congressional authorization, he tries to make hay with the difference between an Article I declaration of war and the current authorization by Congress for the use of military force. George V. Higgins described a character nick-named "Trimmer" because his favorite trick was to trim the truth. If you were to say that the panda is a relative of the raccoon, Trimmer would have you saying that a panda is a raccoon. Mr. Greenwald reminds me of Trimmer and the moonbats at Mr. Greenwald's site are eating it up and piling on Professor Reynolds in the comments.
